The parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Venue Rental Fee:

3. Cancellation Policy:

   If the Client cancels the event more than ____ days before the event date, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the Client cancels between ____ and ____ days before the event, ____% of the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within ____ days of the event are non-refundable.

4. Liability:

   The Venue Owner is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the event. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue Owner from any claims arising out of the event.

5. Conduct and Decorations:

   The Client is responsible for ensuring that all guests conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Any decorations used must be approved by the Venue Owner prior to the event.
