RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the above-mentioned activity, the Releasor hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Releasee from any and all claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from or connected with the participation in the activity, even if caused by the negligence of the Releasee.
INDEMNIFICATION:
