This Non-Compete Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of by and between (the “Company”) and (the “Employee”). This Agreement is intended to comply with the laws of the State of Georgia.

In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

  1. Non-Compete Obligation: The Employee agrees that for a period of following the termination of employment with the Company, the Employee will not engage in any business or activity that competes with the Company within the following geographic area: .
  2. Confidential Information: The Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, proprietary and confidential information will be acquired. The Employee agrees not to disclose this information to any third party.
  3. Consideration: The Employee acknowledges that the compensation received, which includes valuable training and business relationships, is adequate consideration for this agreement.
  4. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be valid and enforceable.
  5. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Employee regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
